Alan J. Ballauer of Parma, age 79 passed away on July 14, 2022. Beloved husband of Margaret (nee Sminchak) for 58 yrs. Loving father of Wendy Boergert (Frank) and Edward. Brother of John P. and Angelique Ballauer of Florida, both deceased and Elaine Beckert (Donald, deceased) of Beaumont, TX. Son of the late John P. and Lillian.
Al’s many interests besides his family, were traveling, classic cars and the Cleveland Indians. He worked at US Steel Corp. over 20 yrs.
Celebrating Al’s life, the family will receive family and friends one hour prior to service at St. Leo the Great Church, 4940 Broadview Rd., Cleveland, OH, 44109 on August 3, 2022. Mass is at 10:00 am. The internment will follow service at Brooklyn Hts. Cemetery in the Mausoleum in the Sanctuary of Angels North, meet at cemetery. Masks are preferred.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the charity of your choice.
