Alice F. Nall Keller (nee Decker), 88, died on Saturday, April 29, 2023, in the care of Northeast Ohio Hospice Care and the staff at The Village of St. Edwards at Green. An Akron resident for over 6 decades, Alice was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, along with her sisters, Marta, Reta, and Mary Ann Decker. With her sisters, she sang baritone in the Decker Sisters Barbershop Quartet, which placed third in the 1953 Sweet Adelines International Competition. Alice was a member of the Arlington Memorial Baptist Church and the Akron Campus of The Chapel, where she was a long-time member of both choirs. Alice retired from Bridgestone/Firestone in 1987, after 16 years of dedicated service.
Alice was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Jack P. Nall; her son, Michael P. Nall, and her second husband, Jack W. Keller; her sisters, Reta Decker and Marta Sizemore and her son-in-law, Gary Druckman.
She is survived by her daughters, Brenda Gottsabend and Marta Druckman; son-in-law, David Gottsabend; grandchildren, Jamey Schuett (Court), Adam Sues (Kaileen), Hannah Sues, Abby Druckman, and Elly Druckman; 4 great-grandchildren; her sister, Mary Ann Decker; her niece Tracy Cantu and nephew Timothy Sizemore; and her extended family “The Gang”.
The family will celebrate her life privately.
