Amy Curley (Duke)

On Sunday July 17, 2022 Amy Curley (Duke) passed away joining God and the angels in Heaven at the young age of 37. Amy is survived by her husband, Brian Curley; mother, Kim Ibosh; father, Michael Duke; brother, Erik Henderson; grandmother, Coleen Duke; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends that she called “found family”; She was proud to be “Mimi” to her best friend Rachel’s 3 sons, Isaac, Noah and Oliver.

Born in Massillon, Ohio. Amy lived her life in Massillon, Canton and Navarre areas. She was a 2003 Graduate of Massillon Washington High School and was employed at Jackson Hewitt as a seasonal tax preparer. On April 23, 2016 Amy married the other half of her heart, Brian Curley. Together they lived in Canton, Ohio. Most of Amy’s time (and life) was centered around her family and friends and the Church. Her faith and commitment to God never wavered and her kindness to others knew no bounds. In her eyes, everyone mattered.

A Celebration of Amy’s Life will be held at Brewster Friends Church, 139 West Main Street in Brewster, Ohio on her birthday of November 11, 2022 at 2:00 PM. Those wishing to attend are asked to jot down a memory of Amy for the “Memory Jar” and bring a covered dish for an informal potluck after the celebration.
