Andy was born in Canton, Ohio where he lived his entire life as an avid Cleveland Browns fan. He graduated from Timken High School and Akron University. Andy was in sales most of his life until he retired to enjoy helping his children tend to their homes and being an active and loving part of his grandchildren's lives. Andy (Papa) enjoyed going on hikes and adventures with his granddaughter, working on his eldest son's farm and watching his youngest son coach his grandson's baseball teams.
Andy's wishes were for there to be no calling hours, but rather for a celebration of life with immediate family. In lieu of flowers, donations towards a park bench in Andy’s honor to be located on a Stark Park trail is appreciated. A donation in Andy’s memory can be made in the tribute gift section at https://app.etapestry.com/hosted/FriendsofStarkParks_1/OnlineDonation.html or mailed in via check, made out to Friends of Stark Parks and mailed to 5300 Tyner Street NW Canton, OH 44708 with a note of Andy’s name.
