Anna Mizer

Anna Mizer, 55, of Hartville, passed away surrounded by her loving family on December 18th, 2018 in Hartville.

Anna was born in Alliance, Ohio to Mickey and Carol George on August 5th 1963. She is a 1981 graduate of Waterloo High School. She graduated from Kent State University in May 2012. She married James W. Mizer of Dover, Ohio on June 30th, 2006 in Canton, Ohio. Anna thoroughly enjoyed spending time with her two granddaughters, Emily and Addyson Jones, as well as her family and numerous close friends.

Anna is preceded in death by her loving husband James and her father Mickey.

Anna is survived by children, Thomas (Rachel) Jones of Hartville, David (Joyeanna) Jones of Hartville, her step-son Kyle Mizer (Tori Tedesco) of Cuyahoga Falls, sister Carol Kline of North Canton, mother Carol George of Alliance, and granddaughters Emily and Addyson Jones (Thomas and Rachel).

A visitation starting at 10 AM followed by a Celebration of Life service at 11 AM will be held on Saturday, December 22nd, 2018. The celebration will be held at The Church Upon the Rock located at 210 Grand Trunk Ave SW, Hartville, OH 44632 with Pastor Cal Schlabach, officiating. A private burial service will occur for family in Stone Creek, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center located in Cleveland, Ohio or SouthernCare Hospice.
