Anthony J. Kudley (71) of Cleveland, Ohio, passed away peacefully on January 14, 2023 surrounded by family. Tony, a Cleveland native fondly known later in life as “Pops” was born to Andrew and Dorothy Kudley, on November 26, 1951. Growing up he joined the local Boy Scouts troop, would compare himself to Saturday Night Fever’s John Travolta at the local dance club, fish , play softball, and enjoy family vacations to Canada. After graduating from high school, Tony served in the army reserves and made a living working at Tremco as a roof scanner for many years. Afterwards he was a painter, then grounds crew for a tree company. He also discovered other hobbies like skydiving and loved family camping.
Anthony is survived by his Life partner Deborah(Vidmar); his son, Brandon; daughters, Nikki (Corey) McKinney, Jessica, and Crystal; grandchildren, Heather, Kayla, Timmy, Tylre; brother, Andy (Karen) Kudley; sisters, Bonnie (Chuck) Eisenbarth, and Karen (Mike) Geller.
He is predeceased by parents Andrew and Dorothy Kudley (Bucher).
“Pops” loved dogs, his own, Buddy, but also his children’s dogs, Scarlett, Papi, and Bear. He was a hard worker who wore many hats, showed up when you needed him, and would give his last if someone else needed it more. He was loved and will be missed.
