Barbara Nolia Spallone
Barbara Nolia Spallone, 77, of Lyndhurst Ohio, passed away November 28, 2022 with Family by her side. Born to Forrest and Dorothy Soper, April 26, 1945. Survived by husband of 51 years Michael, daughters Becky Balcer and Tammy Mauceri, and son Dan Spallone and their spouses. Also survived by her 4 grandchildren Kelly Havlin, Giabella and Josetta Mauceri, and Owen Spallone and her only sibling Larry Soper.
She grew up in Cleveland Heights. Earned her PHD from Cleveland State University. She was a devoted 3
rd
grade teacher for over 30 years within the Maple Heights school system. She was everyone’s favorite teacher! She was also a proud lifelong supporter of the ASPCA due to her love for animals. Barbara had much love, understanding, immense pride, and an abundant passion for her family and friends! She leaves nothing behind but loving memories from all.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Dicicco and Sons Funeral Home in Mayfield Hts. OH on Wednesday December 7, 2022 from 10am-1pm followed by entombment at Crown Hill Cemetery, Twinsburg OH.
