Carley “Sid” Sidney Shriver
Carley “Sid” Sidney Shriver 56, of Newscomerstown, passed away unexpectedly March 20, 2020 in an Akron Hospital.
Sid, (one of six siblings), was born February 25, 1964 in Bellaire, Ohio to Curtis Shriver Sr. and the late Sandra Mozingo (Hayman). He was a construction worker for more than 30 years before retiring.
He is survived by his daughter, Cammie (Kris)Miles of Newcomerstown, Ohio; son, Justin (Mika) Shriver of New Philadelphia, Ohio; grandchildren, Devon and Alexus of Newcomerstown, and Breyer of New Philadelphia, Ohio; brothers, Raymond and Curtis Shriver; sister, Charlotte (Gary) Crothers of Piney Fork, Ohio; and many nieces and nephews.
Sid was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas and mother, Sandra. He will be deeply missed by his friends, family and all who knew him. Condolences and special memories can be shared with the family online at
