Carol Jean Matlus (Nee Corrado)

Carol Jean Matlus (nee Corrado) age 75 of Cleveland, Ohio left this earth on December 26

th

, 2021, with her partner Gene Melhuish by her side.

Carol is preceded in death by her parents Albert and Anna Corrado and her daughter Regina Marie Sima of Cleveland, Ohio.

She is survived by her daughters Laura Jean Sliger of Columbus, Ohio and Jennifer Lynn Radcliff of Niles Ohio; 3 son in laws Scott Sliger, James Sima and Jason Radcliff; 8 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren.

Carol was a loving mother, grandma and greatgrandma. She had a great sense of humor and could be quite blunt. She will be greatly missed. Her family sincerely thanks the hospice nurses, Sarah, and Julie for taking such good care of Carol and being there for her. We are also extremely grateful to all the staff at Miracle City Hospice for being so loving and kind.

In accordance with her wishes, Carol will be cremated. No services will be held at this time.
