Carol Laegel

Carol Laegel,

a vibrantly loving and giving being, passed away on December 18, 2021 from a brief illness.  Carol was born in Akron on July 2, 1941 and spent the majority of her life living in the surrounding Akron area. She is survived by her daughter, Melissa, and sons, Brian and Robert.

Carol was the most gracious and considerate giver of all things, including her time, love, an array of random thoughtful gifts, or food for your body, and prayers for your soul.  With a childlike exuberance, her art of giving fulfilled her heart and provided her great joy throughout her lifetime,  with many of us reaping the rewards of her generous spirit, she will be greatly missed.

A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held at The River of Life Assembly of God Church, 133 5th St SE, Barberton, 44203, on Saturday, January 29, 2022, at 2PM. Come share your remembrance of this beautiful woman!
