Charles Cochran

Charles F. Cochran (aka) Charlie, 68 years old, passed away peacefully at his home on January 17, 2025 after battling a long illness. 

He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Kathy Cochran who was also his caregiver and a brother, Bill Cochran. 

He is preceded in death by his mother, Catherine Gardenbush, father, Charles L. Cochran and sister, Eve. 

Charlie had many passions in life; football was one as he played on McKinley High School football team; then went on to college at Kent State where he also played. Another passion in his life was weightlifting and even tried to go back to the gym last summer but his health stopped him. 

His biggest passion was his love of animals, which is how he ended up with 6 cats. 

There are no services, per his wishes. I want to thank Ohio Hospice Life Care for being there in his last days. Thank you to the friends who came to see him. Those who came the night of; Dave and Jon. He enjoyed talking about memories and good times.
