Charlotte A. Blackmer

Charlotte A. Blackmer age 85 died peacefully at Amherst Meadows Care Center surrounded by family on August 22, 2021. Born February 2, 1936, in Massillon, Ohio to Veryl and Mary Lord. She was a graduate of Lincoln High School class of 1954. She was a hard worker all her life, retiring from Heinz Frozen Foods in 2001. She enjoyed vacationing in Maine, antiquing, crocheting and bowling. Charlotte was a kind person and will be missed by all.

In addition to her parents Charlotte is preceded in death by daughter, Mary K. Whitt and grandson, James A Whitt. She is survived by children, William Blackmer of Las Vegas, Nevada and John Blackmer of Massillon, Ohio; 3 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.  Condolences and special memories can be shared with the family online at https://www.heritagecremationsociety.com/
