Chuck (Charles) Allen passed away suddenly of a heart attack Sunday night, November 20

, 2022. Tireless in spirit and forever generous, Chuck was taken from us too soon. He will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved him.

Most would describe him as a “character”, he was known as Chuck, “Chuckie,” and “Chuckles” to many. He was a loving father, son, brother, husband, grandfather, and friend. He accomplished so much in his life. He ran his own construction company J.C. Construction for many years. He ministered to young men in prison and Dan Street. He kept his home and heart full of love for family, friends, and anyone in need.

He was most in his element in nature or when playing the guitar and “jamming”. He would often lay on the grass at Firestone Golf Course, where he cut the greens, enjoying the sky with his big lawnmower next to him.

Chuck is preceded in death by his father, Donald Allen. He is survived by so many he loved- too many to name them all. His children: Jessica (Jared, Jaden, and Elaina), Tricia (Thomas), and Anthony, his mother Carmela, his siblings Mark (Terri), Aimee (Ronnie), and Donnie, his partner Debbie (Grace and Averie) and his former wife Patty (Dustin and Makenzi).

He possessed a spirit that did not age and he will be most remembered for his laugh and energy. Services will be held Friday December 9

at Heritage Cremation Society (303 South Chapel St, Louisville OH 44641). Visitation starts at 4pm, with services at 5pm, followed by a Celebration of Life at The Basement (255 E Waterloo Rd, Akron OH 44319) at 7pm.
