Clara E. Young, 89 of New Philadelphia, passed away at Community Hospice Truman House on December 25, 2019.

Born in Baltic, Ohio on January 3, 1930, she was the daughter of the late William Raymond and Mary Iona (Nelson) Syler.

She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
