Clayton “Skip” G. Frear

Clayton “Skip” G. Frear passed away on March 5, 2018 at the age of 79 year from Alzheimer’s. He will be lovingly missed by his wife of 58 years, Valerie and his children, Michael (Debra) and Linda (Donald). Skip will be fondly remembered by his five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren as well as his brother David (Jeanne). Skip was preceded in death by his siblings Alton, Edith and Marcia.

Skip retired from the Air Force after tours of duty in England, Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines and numerous stateside locations. He was a foreman of Production at the Bison Corporation. Later he worked for Neal Refrigeration.

Skip was a humble man who loved his family, church and Willowdale.

In lieu of flowers please contribute in his name to St. Paul’s Episcopal Church.

A celebration of life will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, March 10th at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 425 Cleveland Ave. SW, Canton. Reception to follow at Willowdale. Condolences can be shared with the family at
