Loving Wife, Mother, and Friend Colleen Marie Wilson (55) passed away peacefully in her home on April 24, 2024 after a courageous three year battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease).
She was born to Gerald and Patricia Toth on May 20, 1968. After graduating from Mentor High School in 1986, Colleen became a certified radiology technician and began what would become a 31 year career in the CT department at Aultman Hospital in Canton. She then became a Medical billing and coder.
Colleen loved playing sports, especially softball and bowling. She was a die-hard Cleveland Browns fan and always found time to cheer on her favorite college basketball team, the Tennessee Lady Vols. She loved to cook, especially for others, and could be found working in the yard on sunny days, or playing the slots at the casino. The thing she loved most in life however was her family.
Colleen is survived by her wife Jolie Edwards, son Connor Wilson, father Gerald Toth, brother Gerald (Mary) Toth Jr, niece Hanna (Spencer) Boggs, nephew Justin Toth, and many other family and friends.
A celebration of Colleen’s life is scheduled for 5-8pm on May 3, 2024 at the Fraternal Order of Eagles, 306 West Main Street, Louisville, OH 44641. There will be a CASH/Credit Card for any alcohol available at the bar.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to the ALS association at ALS.org. Condolences and memories may be shared with Colleen's family online at
