Corey E Carter, Sr. died on April 23, 2015 at The Louis A. Stokes VA Medical Center in Cleveland with his family and friends at his bedside.
He is preceded in death by his wife Cerita Renee Carter. He leaves to celebrate his life his Mother, Carolyn Carter; Father, Joseph Carter (2nd Mom Penney); Brothers, Wayne,(wife Lisa) and James Prince, Sisters, Alecia Prince and Jasmine Carter; Sons, Corey Carter JR (wife Ciera) and Savaun Carter (wife Sarah); Daughters, Jessica L. Carter (grandson Mason). He leaves to celebrate his life a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
The family would like to acknowledge Louis Stokes VA Medical Center Hospice Nurses. We love and thank them for the wonderful care they gave our loved one.
