Cornelious Guy Desper “Mad Dog”
Cornelious Guy Desper “Mad Dog”, age 91, of Louisville, passed away on December 27
th
, 2020 due to a long-term illness. He loved NASCAR, riding motorcycles, and traveling, mostly living in Okeechobee, Florida during the winter months. He was a member of the VFW #3747 Auxiliary of Canton, and VFW #7490 Auxiliary of Louisville.
Cornelious is preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Betty “Buttercup” Desper; sons, Stephen Guy Desper, Michael Ray Desper; and grandson, Greg Desper Jr.
Cornelious is survived by three daughters, Cindy (Randy) Rusu, Cathy (Rich) Vicencio, and Lisa Schultheis; son, Greg (Vicky) Desper; 15 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren; and special friend, Edna of Okeechobee, Florida.
Special thanks to Community Hospice; family friend, Alice Johnstone; granddaughter, Brooke Scott, great-granddaughter, Kaitilyn Molloy; neighbor Linda McMannis. In keeping with Cornelious’ wishes, there will not be any services. In lieu of flowers, please direct donations to Community Hospice.
