Danilo "Dan" Ramos Sagon

Danilo “Dan” Ramos Sagon, 66, passed away on March 27,2025 at Marymount Hospital, in Garfield Heights, Ohio, after battling illnesses courageously for several years.

Born on November 11, 1958, in Paranaque City, Philippines, Dan spent his life surrounded by family and friends who cherished him deeply. He was a loving and devoted son, brother, uncle, and granduncle, whose quiet demeanor, warmth and kindness touched the lives of many.

Dan was preceded in death by his father, Jose Rivera Sagon, and his mother, Florentina Ramos Sagon. He is survived by his beloved sisters Teresita Defante (Amado), Nenita Mendoza (Nicolas), Clemencia Naldoza (Marcelo) and Maria Isabel Yates (Robert), and brother Joselito Sagon (Victoria). He was a loving uncle to Dr. Maria Lewis (Dr. Bradley), Alexander Mendoza (Melanie) and Andrea Joyce (Darryn Jr.), Charmaine Tapia (Taco)and Marc Naldoza, Justin Yates (Kayla), and Jason and Ryan Sagon. He was also a doting granduncle to Gavin and Olivia Lewis, Layla Joyce, Bruno Tapia, and Journey and Jaelani Yates.

Dan’s quiet presence and warm love brought joy to her family and friends. He will be missed dearly.
