David L. Hosmer

David L. Hosmer age 71 of Paris, Ohio, beloved father, grandfather, brother and friend passed away at his home on November 27, 2024. Born August 18, 1953 to the late Chester and Katherine (Ciotti) Hosmer in Canton, Ohio. Dave graduated from Louisville High School class of 1972 and retired from Canton Drop Forge. Dave was a member of Tusco Valley Gun Club and enjoyed participating in M-1 Grand shoots regularly at Camp Perry. 

Dave is survived by daughters, Heather Hosmer, Kimberly (Doug) Schneider, and Michelle Hosmer; sisters, Carol Morgan, Rose (Greg) Wade, Diana (Dave) Cowden; grandchildren, Tyce, Christian and Cameron Best, Isabella Hosmer, Wyatt, Westen and Willow Speakman; great-granddaughter, Ava Grace; best friend, Wally Wallace; and loyal dog, Skeeter.

A memorial service will be conducted by Pastor Alan Lamb at Paris Israel Church 12583 Lisbon St. NE., Paris, Ohio 44669 on December 15, 2024. The family will receive friends from 1:00pm with services starting at 2:00pm.
