Dave- “Moose”/”Nic” touched many lives leaving warmth in our hearts and smiles on our faces. Family friends and co workers alike. He now soars the heavens smiling upon us. 

Dave is survived by his Mother: Alice, Father: David (deceased); Sisters Elizabeth “Liz” Hollinrake and spouse, Cindy Betz and spouse; In-Laws: Chuck & Phyllis; Beloved wife Kristen, Children: Dylan, Kylee, Aiden, Emma; seven nieces/nephews; three great nieces.
