David Palmer (85) of Farmington Hills, Michigan died on April 28th, 2022 embraced by his family. He fought a courageous battle for over 10 months in ICU after open heart surgery at
Cleveland Clinic. David was a man who adversity had no chance against. A man, who by his every day actions, taught everyone around him what true kindness, integrity and respect is all about.
A true example of how we can not only survive our circumstances, but thrive. Every experience David encountered, whether hardship or advantage, created the beautiful man he became and
was. We all start with pure hearts, seldom keeping them that way. He not only kept, but grew, his heart bigger than one could imagine. David was a successful entrepreneur with a sharp business acumen and instincts for success. From suppliers to employees and everyone in between, David was known as a man of the highest integrity, fairness and generosity.
No one will miss David more than his wife, children and grandchildren. There was no man more loyal, more loving and more dedicated to his family. From 6 a.m. phone calls with a Happy Birthday song, chauffeuring kids to all their functions and being the number one fan at school sporting events, Dad was always there. David leaves a lasting legacy of kindness, love and perseverance.
Private burial at Holy Sepulchre. Celebration of Life to be announced.
