On Thursday, August 11th, 2022, Debra Ann Coulter (Byler), loving daughter, wife, mother, and sister sadly passed away at age 59 at home in Newbury, OH. She was a beautiful person who spread joy and happiness wherever she went.
Debra was born on January 4,1963 in Chardon, OH to Mahlon and Tressa (Talcott) Byler.
Debra was preceded in death by her father, Mahlon. She is survived by her mother Tressa (Talcott), her husband Lee; her son Nicholas J. Altstatt; brothers Tony L. Byler & Debra (Basehore), Allen L. Byler & Sheryl (Farrow); and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
