Denise G Chopek Wiebrecht

In loving memory of Denise G. Chopek Wiebrecht, who passed away on December 28, 2023, after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 63. She lived most of her life in Mogadore, OH. Denise was born on April 28, 1960, to Joseph & Phyllis Chopek. Some of life’s favorite things for her included spending time with her family especially her grandchildren, visiting the Everett Road covered bridge and exploring the Yellow Creek, gardening, reading, crosswords and being a beautician (30+ years). 

Preceded in death by her father Joseph Chopek and mother-in-law Nancy Wiebrecht. Denise is survived by husband of 41 years Mark Wiebrecht, daughter, Sarah Wiebrecht (Chuckie White), Jessica Oakes (Eli Oakes). Grandchildren Khloe & Brayden White and Lydia & Emmy Oakes. Sisters Becky (Jerry Wilson), Linda Waterman, Teresa (Steve Whitmer) and Merrie (Rick Stein); and mother, Phyllis (Frank) Myers.

The family would like to thank the staff at Rose Lane for their dedication to the care of Denise and her sister Linda for opening her home to Denise at the beginning stage of her illness.
