Dolores Mickey (Peggy)

Dolores Mickey (Peggy), 86, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on November 13th, 2018. Loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother, widow for 42 years of the late Leonard Mickey.

She was a constant home maker and loving mother. All the kids knew they always had a nice place to call home. She enjoyed doing ceramics, painting and loved Christmas more than anyone. She still believed in Santa Claus and he always came to her.

Peggy will be sadly missed by Duane (Ruth), Carol (Robert) Anderson, Debbie (Glen) Landers, the late William (Angie), and the late Leonard Jr. Sonny ; grandchildren, Glen Jr., Reena, Robbie, Scott, Shannon, Carrie, Diane, Pamela and Melissa; great grandmother to 13; sisters, Irene (deceased), Eleanor (deceased), Florence (deceased), Shirley (deceased), Kathy (deceased), Carolyn and Joann.

Peggy would only say so long, never good bye. She also would say, be careful, but if you aren’t careful, don’t name it after me. Peggy could always make you smile, that’s for sure.  So long Mom….
