Donald John Lenchak age 63 passed peacefully on April 13, 2021. Born in Cleveland Ohio to the late George J and Christa Lenchak. Brother to Ronald Lenchak, Lovana (Lenchak) Veneziano, and Heidi (Lenchak) Schultz.
He is survived by his loving wife, Tammy and three children, Jason, Nicole and Aaron. Beloved grandfather, uncle and trusted friend to many.
