Douglas J. Murphy

Douglas J. Murphy of Canton, Ohio passed away May 22, 2023. Douglas was born August 10, 1948 to the late James and Dora Murphy. He was a US Navy Veteran and later a career in the printing industry. He loved baseball, local short track racing, music, movies and most of all his grandkids.

In addition to his parents, Douglas is preceded in death by wife, Betty (Petersen) Murphy and two brothers, James and Robert.

Survived by daughter, Jennifer (Brian) Frenz; son, Stephen (Kirsten) Murphy;  his treasured grandchildren, Stevie Frenz and Emma, Molly, Mason and Samantha Murphy sister, Barb (Ron) Doll; and brother, Jeff (Chandra) Murphy.
