Douglas Koffel

On Wednesday April 28, 2021, Douglas Koffel, age 65 of Minerva, passed away at home in the presence of his loving wife and daughters. He was an avid outdoorsman with a passion for fishing and hunting. Retired from North Canton City Schools as the Head Bus Mechanic, you could often find him fixing or building anything and everything.

Preceded in death by his father, Donald Koffel and brother, Stephen Koffel.

Loved by his family, he is survived by his loving wife, Cathi; daughters, Alisa (Bernie) Ogg; Louise (Jimmy) Koffel-Black, Christina (Ryan) Buck and Julie (Chad) Wise; sons, Charles and Anthony Petrides; brother, Donald (Vicki) Koffel; grandchildren, Sara, Matt, Vance, Ryan, Hayden, Jonathan, Karis, Jesse, Alyssa and Rozlynn; and his great-granddaughter, Aubriella.
