Edward “Mickey” M. Brown

Edward “Mickey” M. Brown, age 77 of Cleveland, Ohio passed away on May 06, 2020, due to COVID complications, at University Hospitals of Bedford. He was born November 24, 1942 in Atlanta, Georgia to father, Walter Brown, and mother, Alora Brown. He was a successful engineer for the US Department of Veterans Affairs. He served our nation well as a veteran of the US Air Force. Edward was lighthearted and had a great since of humor. He was also an inspiration to his family and has shared many words of wisdom that have been passed down generations. He loved family gatherings and had a great appreciation for food.

He is survived by his children, Sean David Brown (Denise), Christopher Edward Brown, Kimberly Scott Brown, and Victoria Monique Brown; his grandchildren, Sean David Brown Jr., Michael Allen Brown, Ayanna Marie Brown and Karter Alexander Hrobak. Edward leaves behind his Atlanta family, his brother, Michael Brown, and sisters, Tresa Gordon and Beverly Brown Shaw.

He joins his sister Jill Brown in Heaven.

Thank you for your service Edward. You will be forever loved and cherished by your family. God has now called you home and you will be forever in our hearts.

Edward’s Family would like to thank staff at Sunrise Pointe Nursing Home for their dedication and caring services.

Services will be held at Forest Hills Baptist Church at a later time.
