Elizabeth (Libby) S. Nesper (nee Mary Elizabeth Shannahan), born April 26, 1933, and died April 24, 2023.
Proceeded in death by her parents William and Elizabeth, and her brothers William and John, husband James, and daughter Katherine.
Survived by daughter Carol (Bruce) and son William (Vicki), and grandchildren Abigail, Nicholas, and Zoltan.
Libby was born in Newport News, Virginia, and grew up in Goshen, Indiana. She graduated from Purdue University where she was a Delta Gamma. She came to Cleveland to attend physical therapy school. She met James R. Nesper, and they were married in 1961. Throughout her life, as she raised three children and worked as a physical therapist, she was involved in music with the St Paul’s choir and bell choir, the Orange Kiwanis club, Meals on Wheels in Shaker Hts., and Hilltop Garden Club.
