Ellen “Elly” Patricia (Farren) Riggs
Ellen “Elly” Patricia (Farren) Riggs, age 70 of Burbank, Ohio passed away April 3, 2016 at Bethany Nursing Home, Canton, Ohio following a year-long battle from a stroke in April 2015. She will be deeply missed. Elly was employed by BP of Burbank and had waitressed at the L & K in Burbank and American Heritage of Seville, Ohio.
Surviving is her husband of forty years, Rodney Riggs also at Bethany Nursing Home, Canton; two sons, Warren Lee (Anita) Church and Craig William (Mary) Church both of Burbank, Ohio; step-daughter Michelle (Michael) Fox, of Pensacola, FL.; Adam (Barb) Riggs of Palmyra, PA, and Scott (Chris) Riggs of Rittman, Ohio; fourteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two brothers, Marvin (Bonnie) Farren of Chatam, OH and Wayne Bud Farren of Rochester NY; two sisters, Brenda (Bill) Cover of Burbank, OH and Joyce Elaine (Ron) Cover of Ashland, OH.
Elly is preceded in death by her mother and father, Ellen and John Farren of Clintonville, WV, her in-laws, Ralph and Glyndyne Riggs of Rittman, OH, and a brother and sister-in-law, Johnny and Mona Farren of Idaho.
Cremation has already taken place. A memorial service will be conducted at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Bethany Nursing Home 626 34
