Flora Anna Howell (nee Mazzei) was born February 15, 1931 and passed away April 30, 2023 at the age of 92. She lived in Alliance, OH all her life. She loved cats a lot.
Preceded in death by husband, Richard L Howell Sr. Born September 9, 1931, and passed away February 28, 2012.
Survived by son, Richard L. Howell Jr. of Alliance and daughter, Pattie Howell of Sandusky, OH; two grandchildren, Jaret Steele and Racheal Russell; two great-grandchildren, Christopher and Cayden; and two great-great-grandchildren, Isabella and Christopher Jr.
