Fredie A. Starks

Fredie A. Starks – 77 passed away March 20, 2025. Born February 3, 1948 in Harrisonburg, VA. Preceded in death by parents, Fred and Mary Starks, son, Chip and two sisters, Kathern and Charlotte.

He is survived by his wife, Debra of 54 years, daughter, Loretta Starks, 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, and sister, Linda Hughes.

He attended Canton South High School before going to the military. He served in the U.S. Army and was a retired Auto Body Technician.

He loved carpentry and single handedly built our home in 1999. He was a kind and loving person, enjoyed the simple pleasures of life and the many memories with family and friends.
