Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life.

Gary would like to let you know that his life here on earth is done. He entered eternal life on Sunday 28 November 2021 at the Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland Ohio.

Gary was born in Montour Falls, New York to Donald Earl Watkins (US Army Corps) and Elsie Romajean Williamson (Morrow). His spirit is carried on by his youngest sister Peggiesue Morrow. Two children James (Keli) Watkins and Shelly Watkins (Rodney) Sherwood. Seven Grandchildren Terry James (TJ), Stephanie,Raeleen,Devyn, Nate, Sean and Susan. Thirteen Great Grandchildren Giovanni, Carlin, Adreanna, Emma, Penelope, Dominic, Ariella, Finn, Ronald Jr, ElieghAnna,Seamus, Isabella and Lochlan.

Gary will be greatly missed by his canine fur daughter Sunny, whom he loved dearly. Sunny was his sidekick, loyal friend and made Dad laugh. Many nieces, nephews, close friends Sherm, Linden, Jake to numerous to list but not forgotten. Gary was predeceased by his brother Gerald Morrow and sister Kathy Swarthout.

Gary loved deeply and would text this to his loved ones every morning letting them know to be safe and have an enjoyable day. When he didn’t text we surely did miss that and we’ll continue to miss every day. His passions in life were small engine repair, working on motorcycles, riding his motorcycle was relaxing to him, Hunting, Fishing, Reading his KJV1611 Bible putting thought into sermons he wrote in hopes that someday he could preach in a way that he could touch your heart. Singing and rejoicing with Brothers and sisters at church. Earlier years square dancing and spending quality time with Sunny.

“In life we loved you dearly, in death we love you still, In our hearts you hold a place that no one could ever fill. It broke our hearts to lose you, but you didn’t go alone. For part of us went with you that evening God took you home.”

We Take comfort in knowing we will be reunited with Gary in Heaven someday.
