Gerhard W. Feiler

Gerhard W. “Gary” Feiler passed away peacefully on August 14, 2020.

He was born in Freiburg, Germany on August 29, 1928 to Gottlobb and Lina (Ruf) Feiler. He was 9 months old when he came to America with his parents.

Gary served in the U.S. Navy. He retired from Ford Motor Co after 40 plus years employment.

He married Isabella Rae, and raised 5 boys.

Gary loved playing golf and going out to eat with family and friends.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Isabella, and sons Gary (Kathy) and Alan (Sandy), brothers Herb (Joan), Rollie, Ralph (Rosemary) and a sister, Delores.

He is survived by sons, Randy, Art, and Dean (Janet), brothers Carl (Walli), Arthur (the late Beth),  a sister Ruth, and sister in law Millie Rae. Also missing him are 16 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and one great great grandson.

A memorial service will be held at The New Apostolic Church, 7820 Ridge Rd Parma, Ohio 44130 at 11:00 am on Saturday August 29, 2020.
