Howard R. Oyler
Howard R. Oyler, age 90 of Canton, passed away Sunday, May 13, 2018. He was born September 7, 1927 in Canton to the late R.J. “Jake” and Grace Oyler. He married Betty Radebaugh November 2, 1946. Howard served in the U.S. Navy during WWII.
He is survived by his wife, Betty; son, Greg (Laurie) Oyler of Massillon; daughter, Karen (David) Nero of Malvern; and son, Mark Oyler; eight grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; brother, Gary Oyler of Doylestown; brother-in-law, Bill Moser of North Canton; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Lenna Moser and son, Scott Oyler.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and no public services are planned. Condolences can be shared with the family online at
