He is survived by his loving brothers, Raymond Hale, John Hale, Lee Hale, David Hale; sister, Linda Vest (nee Hale); beloved nieces and nephews, Dawn Whitehair (nee Hale), Alexandra Hale, Timothy Hale, Joseph Vest, Crystal Vest, Elizabeth Vest and Jessica Vest, Daniel Vest (deceased), Ron Fields, Christine Baughman (nee Fields), Matthew Fields, Joseph Fields; and many loving friends and family. Eugene is preceded in death by his beloved mother, Helen Dorothy Hale; brother, Ronald Fields; and nephew, Daniel Vest.
