Jack Woodyard 79 of Canton, Ohio passed away on March 25, 2024.
Jack had a very outgoing personality, always in the limelight, lighting up the room and engaging everyone in conversation.
He proudly served in the U.S. Army for four years.
Jack worked at Firestone Tire and Rubber in Akron, Ohio and Alliance Imaging MRI.
He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, camping, boating, bowling, and vacationing with his wife and family. Jack also found joy in coaching and attending family sporting events.
He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Woodyard; his son, Douglas (Kelly) Woodyard; daughters, Kimberly (Mike) Gieseman; step daughter Stacy (Jeff) Rabbitt; step son Randy (Shelley) Scoville; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Jack is preceded in death by his mother, Rena Marhsesky Woodyard; father, Brooks Woodyard; brother, Donald Woodyard; and his beloved dog, Harley.
A memorial service will be held April 27, 2024 at 2pm at Full Devotion -FBC 4110 38th St. NW, Canton, Ohio. A Celebration of LIfe will follow services at Fraternal Order of Eagles, 2800 Atlantic Blvd NE., Canton, Ohio 44705. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to the Alzheimer's Association, Crossroads Hospice or Full Devotion Church where services will be held.
