James Valentine Decsi

Together Again - James Valentine Decsi, a cherished father, brother, and grandpa, passed away on July 29th, 2024 after a brief illness. James was born on September 17th, 1938, in Akron OH to the late Valentine and Irene Decsi. He is survived by his Children Kelly (Kathy) Palmer of Atwater, James (Sandy) Decsi of Akron, and Mindy Decsi of Atwater. He was a devoted grandfather to his granddaughters Elise Decsi-Derer, Laura Decsi, and Madison Anne Ryan-Decsi. He was married to the love of his life Marge for 52 years and they shared a wonderful life together. He retired from Akron Metro and enjoyed his retired years being a shuttle driver for multiple companies. He also loved golfing, watching sports, and spending time with his family. James will be missed by many.
