James Patrick Finney

James “Pat” Patrick Finney, age 78, passed into the loving arms of the Lord on October 22, 2024.

He was born on October 27, 1945, in Cleveland, Ohio to James and Margarette (Zehe) Finney.

He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Cynthia (Klatik) Finney of Newbury, Ohio and their 3 sons, Matthew (Sabrina) Finney, Brian Finney and Dwight (Tina) Finney. He is also survived by his 11 Grandchildren, Michael (Breanne) Finney, Maxwel, Brian Jr., Preston, Blake, Dwight II, Lorelei, Dakota, Savannah, Olivia, Jeremiah, and Sierra Floyd as well as 2 Great Grandchildren, Blaire, and Baker Finney; brothers; Timothy, Frank, Thomas, Mark, and Daniel.

He was preceded in death by his two sisters Margarette (Ron) Davis and Barbara Finney

James was a beloved husband and father living in Ravenna, Ohio for over 35 years. He was a hardworking, dedicated man, a jack of all trades with an artistic talent. He enjoyed his career of driving semi-trucks, owning his own rig and traveling across the country with his soulmate, Cynthia. He loved spending time with his family, camping, golfing, building things and tinkering. He also loved dancing with his wife and taking her out for dinner and coffee.

James will be deeply missed by many families and friends.
