Jane Adams

November 5, 1959 — March 30, 2025

Midvale

Jane Adams, 65, of Midvale, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 30, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. Jane was the daughter of the late Joe and Florence (Mathias) Baugardner. She attended Claymont High School and was a former employee of A to Z Home Health Care, where she devoted care to several clients over the years.

Jane was a lifelong dedicated Christian who enjoyed attending The Christian Temple Church. She had many hobbies, including sewing, doing puzzles, and decorating for the holidays, with Christmas being her favorite. Jane was most known for her love of baking, which she loved to share with family and friends. She also enjoyed watching westerns and collecting everything western or cowboy, with her favorite being John Wayne, 'The Duke.'

Jane loved spending time outside, caring for her flowers, and enjoying time with her beloved cat, Dolly, whom she considered the best cat ever. She also cherished spending time with her husband, Tom, on their many road trips and adventures. Jane was a devoted, loving, and caring mother to her son, Gerald, whom she loved spending time with, even just to talk and text daily. She enjoyed showing pictures and sharing stories of the past with all the kids and spending special times with them and her grandchildren. Jane loved talking to family and friends and shared her love for God.

Jane will be dearly missed by everyone she has left behind, including her husband, Tom Adams; their children, Gerald Grizzly Adams of Parkersburg, West Virginia, Kristal Arnold and companion Daniel Boned, Bobbie (Max) Douglas, Nicole Fellers, all of Uhrichsville, Ohio; grandchildren Jordon Armstrong, Keegan Garabrandt, SuElle Douglas of Uhrichsville and Dennison; and her brother, Tommy Baugardner of Dennison. Jane's family would like to extend their sincere thanks to Jane's church family and to the Hospice Truman House for the wonderful care provided to Jane in her time of need.

There will be a memorial for Jane for family and friends at a later date, which will be officiated by Pastors Larry and Janie Hostetler of The Christian Temple Church.
