, 1961, in Massillon Ohio to Hetch and Lily (Feltner) Neace. He graduated from Massillon High School and briefly served in the Marine Corps. His employment involved working at Cleaner Hangers/Fibercore Mills as a factory worker.
Jeffrey loved Massillon Tiger Football, listening to Rock music, riding his bike, and working out. He loved his family and could tell you anything you needed to know about singers and song writers, movies, and sports. Jeffrey was also a passionate animal lover, especially to his dog, Maylee.
He is preceded by his parents. Jeff is survived by his ex-wife, Michelle (Boney) Neace; children, LeeAnn (Trey) Seifert and Mahaylee (Garrett Fleming) Neace; siblings, Belinda (Jeff) Zedaker, Rodney (Evelyn) Neace, and Regina Gano; along with multiple nieces and nephews.
