Jessica will be remembered by her devotion to helping and caring for others. Whether it was serving as a deacon at her church, disaster mission trips, planning community picnics, rallying donations for food baskets for the less fortunate or preparing meals for the needy, Jessica had a heart for helping those in need. She had the warmest hug and an infectious laugh. She loved and adored her grandchildren and spent countless hours planning and making crafts, walking to the library and park, exploring nature, baking and trying new recipes and caring for them. Spending time with her grandchildren brought her the most joy.
Jessica enjoyed her time worshiping in church and was a devoted member to First Presbyterian Church of Akron, Ohio and John Knox Presbyterian Church in North Olmsted, Ohio. Here, she could be herself, find peace and serve our Lord. She made many long term friendships in these churches that helped her through her hardest of days.
