Joan Biggs Neumann, 90, of Fairview Park, went home to be with Jesus on July 18, 2023.
Joan leaves behind her husband Richard Neumann, children, Craig (Shari) Neumann, Kurt (Beth) Neumann, Laura Damiano and 6 grandchildren, (Wayne, Macie, Olivia, Alexis, Luke and Hannah). Preceded in death by her sister, Doris (Richard) Knopp and brother, Earl (Wilberta) Biggs.
Joan was an avid cyclist, riding in the Great Ohio Bike Adventure up to the age of 80. She enjoyed time with her friends and family, walks in the park, skating at Brookpark Skateland and was a friend of Jesus.
