Joanne Weeks Fenn, age, 93, died on October 6, 2019 in Hudson, Ohio.
She is survived by her sons, James of Chester, Virginia, Thomas (Judy) of Claridon, Ohio, and David (Janet) of Lyndhurst, Ohio; five grandchildren, Jennifer, Peter, Allyson, Hannah, and Andrew; two great grandchildren.
Joanne is preceded in death by her parents, Charles F. Weeks and Freda (Blessman) Weeks, and her husband, Richard Carl Fenn.
Joanne was born in 1926 in Akron, Ohio. She graduated from Ohio University, where she met her future husband Richard and was a member of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority.
For more than fifty years, Joanne and Richard made their home in Chesterland, Ohio, where they raised their family.
Joanne loved gardening, sailing, and spending summer vacations with her extended family on an island in Georgian Bay, Ontario. Her grandchildren will always remember her as an avid collector of Teddy Bears.
The family is planning a private tribute.
