John McQuilkin, 58, of Louisville, bravely left us on December 27th, 2022, following a battle with ALS. He loved his wife, Rhonda (Sweet), and his boys to the end of the earth.
John was known for his ability to make 100 free throws in a row and his elaborate popcorn creations. His love for Nebraska football and knowledge of music was only surpassed by his expertise and passion for classic cars. He never met a stranger and was a friend to everyone.
While regularly traveling for work and supporting his family, he was present at every important event for his four boys. In addition to his own children, John was very influential in molding a generation through his coaching of various youth sports.
He is survived by his wife, Rhonda; sons, Jacob (Shea), Jordan (Alyx), Jeremy (Frances), and Joshua (Hercules), and two granddaughters, Scarlett and Eleanora.
We would like for you to come and honor his life at Paquelet-Falk Funeral Home for calling hours on Tuesday, January 3rd from 6-8 pm, and service on Wednesday, January 4th at 10 am.
In lieu of flowers, we invite you to make a donation to The ALS Association of Northern Ohio in John’s honor. Condolences and special memories of John can be shared with his family online at www.heritagecremationsociety.com
