I am heartbroken to announce the death of my father, Joseph W. Manley Jr 78, who passed away surrounded by his family on October 16

Joseph “Joe” Manley was born January 5

th

, 1944 in Youngstown, Ohio. Joe served in the United States Army from 1964-1967. He regularly enjoyed camping at “Joe’s Little Tionesta” in Carrollton, Ohio at Leesville Lake. Joe will be missed by all his immediate and extended family.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Bertha A. (Harsanye) Manley; father, Joseph W. Manley and ex-wife, Marianne (Bihlmaier) Manley.

He leaves behind his partner and best friend of 24 years, Betty Miller of Leetonia, Ohio; daughter, Charlotte (Manley) Arkwright of Canton, Ohio; granddaughter, Kaylyn Arkwright of Salem, Ohio; extended family of James D. Pack of Canton, Ohio; and brother, Richard Manley of Canfield, Ohio.
