Judith Elaine Arbogast Filhour of Green, Ohio passed away on October 30th,2023 after a courageous battle with Vascular dementia.
Judy was born on November 7th,1942 to the late Thamer Ray and Opal Elizabeth Arbogast in Morgantown, WV.
Her passion was taking care of her 2 grandchildren and her family. Judy also enjoyed celebrating life with her closest friends, for over 50 years, Linda Connor, Dottie Peterson and Vivian Esler.
She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Hare (Al Stuart), son, Clark Hare Jr., grandsons, Adam Corn (Jill Farinsky), Tyler Corn (Mariah White) and beautiful sister, Pamella Butler, along with many nieces and nephews.
Judy is also preceded in death by her husband, George Filhour, brother, Thamer Arbogast Jr., and 2 sisters, Carol Judy and Janice Judy.
