Judith Wendorff

Judith Wendorff (Vondenberg), 77, passed away on Monday, August 26, 2024, surrounded by her loving family and friends. Born on September 8, 1946, in Tiffin, Ohio, she spent her childhood in Mentor, Ohio, with her siblings Jeanne (deceased) and Bruce (deceased).

Judith cherished her vacations in Hawaii and treasured the moments spent with her family. Christmas was her favorite holiday, and she had a special talent for transforming their home into a magical Hallmark Christmas scene.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Frances and Marian. Judith is survived by her devoted husband of 38 years, John; her daughters, Pam (late Brian) and Angie (Darrell); her son, Scott (Donna), affectionately known as “the favorite”; 10 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and countless friends.

Celebration of life to be held on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at the Independence Civic Center, 6363 Selig Drive, Independence, Ohio 44131, 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
