Karen M. Davis

Karen M. DAVIS (nee Galoski), age 67. Beloved wife to Terry Davis (deceased). Step mother to Christina Davis of Charleston, WV & Megan Davis of Gallipolis Ferry WV, Dearest Aunt to Nephew Ronald Oliver Brown of Parma, Ohio & Niece, P. Constance Higgins of Waller, Texas. Karen passed unexpectedly on  March 18, 2024. Karen is preceded in death by her father, Joseph Galoski, mother, Mary Dugan Galoski, by brothers, Joseph Galoski, Greg Galoski, Barry Galoski, Roy Galoski, Gail Brown (William R.), Diane Galoski, 

Karen worked for LTV steel in tax withholdings as a clerk until its closing. Over the years Karen touched many lives, helping others. Karen had a very soft heart for people and frequently donated time and funds to causes such as St. Jude’s, American Diabetes Association, Veterans association, and animal rescues.  Karen had a great love for animals, and was especially fond of dogs and horses. Karen often donated to countless animal shelters and animal rescue programs.

As per her wishes, a private ceremony will be held by the family at a Holy Cross Cemetery 14609 Brookpark Rd., Brookpark, Ohio 44142 on  Friday, April 26th at 11 am.Please meet at the main entrance where Karen will be escorted to her resting space. A memorial lunch will be held directly after the ceremony. In Lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations in her name to your favorite animal shelter, clinic, or charity.
